Payment of Nutrition Counselling Sessions
Counselling sessions can be paid in advance or in full at your first appointment. Methods of payment include: cash (exact change please) or cheque at the time of appointment. We also have online MasterCard and Visa available on our secure web site. Extended Health Plan Coverage
Many extended health plans offer funding for nutrition counselling provided by a registered dietitian. Check with yours to see if you and your family are covered. All professional services are charged directly to the client (we do not direct bill insurance companies). We will provide you with all the receipts and information necessary for you to collect your benefits from insurance companies.
At the Table is committed to providing accessible nutrition counselling and support. There are a small number of spots available for people whose financial resources are limited at this time. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss confidential options.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please help us to maintain the operation of our business. Once you have made an appointment, this time is reserved for you. If you need to change the time or date, or cancel a scheduled appointment altogether, please let us know by email at email@example.com. Please note that you must give us at least 24-hours notice on business days of a cancellation to receive a full refund. Missed appointments, last minute re-scheduling or cancellations will be charged a full session fee.
If you can no longer make the event or you don’t need all the spots you have reserved, please let us know via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you must give us at least 5-business days notice of a cancellation to receive a full refund for your spot. Missed events or last minute cancellations will be charged the full event fee.
