Getting Started

Step 1: Free Phone Consultation

A free 15 minute telephone/Skype consultation is provided on request to any prospective client to answer general questions and to ensure that the client/dietitian match will be beneficial.

Step 2: Book an Appointment

By Phone

Call our office at 604.880.4520 or 1.877.898.4520 and we will get back to you within 24-hours on business days (Monday to Friday) to book an appointment.

Online Appointment Schedule Request

Schedule your appointment by giving us your preferred dates and times in the box to the left and we will email you confirming your appointment as soon as possible. You will be prompted to set up an account so that you can access the preliminary nutritional assessment forms (PDFs), view your scheduled appointments, stay up to date and make payments.

Step 3:  Forms to fill out before your appointment

In order for us to provide you with a customized nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle, needs and goals, please register for an account to access the forms on your personal account page. You can print out the PDFs and bring the completed forms to your first appointment, or fax or scan and email them to us before hand.

Pricing & Costs

Individual Initial Assessment

$125 for one 1-hour session or $250 for two 1-hour sessions when paid at first appointment. 

Couples/Families Initial Assessment

$200 for one 1-hour session for $350 for two 1-hour sessions.

Weight Loss Package

Five 1-hour sessions for $500, Couples $750 when paid at first appointment.

Email or Phone Support by a Registered Dietitian

Every 1-hour individual nutrition counselling session entitles you to two-email or telephone follow-up sessions to keep you motivated and to have any questions answered.

Appointment Policies & Payment Options

Rescheduling Nutrition Counselling Appointments

Please help us to maintain the operation of our business.  Once you have made an appointment, this time is reserved for you.  If you need to change the time or date, or cancel a scheduled appointment altogether, please let us know by email at appointments@atthetablenutrition.com. Please note that you must give us at least 24-hours notice on business days of a cancellation to receive a full refund.  Missed appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged a full session fee.

Extended Health Plan Coverage

Many extended health plans offer funding for nutrition counselling provided by a registered dietitian. Check with yours to see if you and your family are covered. All professional services are charged directly to the client (we do not direct bill insurance companies). We will provide you with all the receipts and information necessary for you to collect your benefits from insurance companies.

Sliding Scale

At the Table is committed to providing accessible nutrition counselling and support. There are a small number of spots available for people whose financial resources are limited. Please call us or contact us by email and we will be happy to discuss confidential options.

Payment of Nutrition Counselling Sessions

Counselling sessions can be paid in advance or in full at your first appointment. For detailed information about our payment plans, call us or contact us by email. Methods of payment include: cash (exact change please) or cheque at the time of appointment. We also have online MasterCard and Visa available on our secure website. You must register for an account to view your scheduled appointments and make online payments.
